Just love this record from Philly group Breakwater which was released on Arista in 1978 from their self titled album.Formed in 1971 they only went on and produced two albums,this one in 78 and 'Splashdown' in 1980 which included the excellent "Say You Love Me Girl".That was that and soon the group split up and headed off in different directions."Work It Out" is a classic in my book with fantastic vocals,great drum and percussion that makes it feel really loose and easy paced.All in all a great piece of boogie soul making it a must in anyone's collection.Breakwater - Work It Out
