Well it's been 2 months since i last posted on my blog and with one thing or another i've just not had the time so unfortunately it's taken a bit of a back seat.Hopefully i'll get more time and get the show on the road again.Well that's the theory anyhow!! It's not just me that's been quiet of late,take Paul Flynn Aka DJ Q for example.Until a couple of months ago his name wasn't mentioned much on the underground house scene with his last release back in 2004.Well all i can say is welcome back and what a fine return in his latest release "SuperClique" on NRK records.A real driving stormer with nods in the direction of Chicago/Detroit.He always maintained his music was for the underground and never for the masses which in this day is so utterly refreshing.On this post i'm going to take you back to 1997 and his seminal E.P "We Are One" released on Filter Records.A bona fide classic with the added weight of a Carl Craig remix.I certainly will be looking out for more quality material from DJ Q hopefully in the not to distant future.
